Elementary Grade 2 January 24-28, 2011

Second graders will become portrait artists when they look at famous self portraits and then try an expressive portrait of their own. This is an introduction to proportion - where are the features placed - look closely in the mirror. What emotion do you want to show? How will you show it? What happens to the features when our expessions change.
